Enlarged Buffehr Ditch): <br />(1) Sources: five unnamed tributaries of Tenmile Creek that <br />originate on Chalk Mountain. <br />(2) Amount: 4.0 cfs, plus flood waters. <br />(3) Appropriation date: March 24, 1918 <br />(4) Historic use: mining, milling, manufacturing, power, and <br />domestic purposes at the Climax Mine, depicted in Exhibit 1. <br />C. The Buffehr's Reservoir Enlarged water right, as described below. <br />2.3.3 Buffehr's Reservoir Enlarged (a.k.a. Buffehr's Lake) Water Right. <br />Buffehr's Lake is located at a point whence the West Quarter comer of Section 2, Township 8 <br />South, Range 79 West, 6 P.M., bears north 47o41 west 1617 feet. The Buffehr s Reservoir <br />Enlarged water right was decreed on November 26, 1921 by the Summit County District Court in <br />Civil Action No. 1565. <br />a.
