The headgate for the Buffehr Ditch was <br />located on the left bank of Tenmile Creek whence the Southwest comer of Section 2, Township 8 <br />South, Range 79 West, 6 h P.M., bears north 65° west 2298 feet. The following water rights are <br />decreed for diversion through the Buffehr Ditch: <br />a.
