Fremont Ditch No. 1 (a portion of which was changed to the 300 <br />South Water Raise from a previous decree entered on February 27, 1931 in Civil Action No. <br />1671, Summit County District Court): <br />(1) Source: Tenmile Creek <br />(2) Amount: 30.0 cfs <br />(3) Appropriation date: June 10, 1927 <br />(4) Historic use: mining, milling, manufacturing, and <br />domestic purposes at the Climax Mine, depicted in Exhibit 1. <br />2.3.2 The Buffehr Ditch Water Rights. The headgate for the Buffehr Ditch was <br />located on the left bank of Tenmile Creek whence the Southwest comer of Section 2, Township 8 <br />South, Range 79 West, 6 h P.M., bears north 65° west 2298 feet. The following water rights are <br />decreed for diversion through the Buffehr Ditch: <br />a.
