Seneca 11 Mine <br />SL-5 Phase 11 Bond Release Request <br />March 2011 <br />• • Land Categories <br />The affected lands within Seneca II fall within the permanent program (SMCRA) category. <br />This Phase II bond release application is delineated on Map 1, Phase II Bond Request <br />Areas. <br />• Identification of Lands <br />The Seneca II bond release area is located approximately nine miles southeast of the Town of <br />Hayden, Colorado. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle Maps of Milner and Mt. Harris, <br />contains the described permit area. The area requested is included in the following legal <br />description: <br />T5N, R87W - Sections 1, 12, <br />T5N, R86W - Sections 6, 7 <br />The exact location of the bond release area is shown on Map 1, Phase II Bond Request <br />• Areas. <br />• Permit Numbers and Approval Dates <br />Permit # C-1980-005: Issued 09/23/1981 <br />• Exhibit Description <br />Map 1 - Phase II Bond Request Areas. This Exhibit shows the areas for which Phase II <br />bond release is requested. <br />Map 2 - Chronological Revegetation. This exhibit presents the chronologic progression of <br />revegetation within the Phase II Bond Release area.
