Seneca 11 Mine March 2011 <br />SL-5 Phase 11 Bond Release Request <br />1. INTRODUCTION <br />This submittal represents a formal Phase II bond release request for the Seneca II Mine, <br />Permit No.C-1980-005. The previously disturbed/reclaimed areas within the Seneca II <br />permit area have previously achieved Phase I (SLA and Sl-4) and partial Phase 11 (SL-3) <br />release under Seneca Coal Company (SCC), Permit No.C-1980-005.
