Estimating the cost of mitigating wetland areas <br />using the Camp Hale area as a mitigation site. <br />The costs will consider a unit rate in dollars per <br />acre. <br />d. Identifying other environmental issues associated <br />with each component, some of which may not.be <br />easily converted to a cost, such as visual <br />impacts. <br />e. Identifying potential benefits for recreation, <br />fish and wildlife in a qualitative sense. <br />f.
