Assumptions:
(1) Truck Fleet. Loader, and Dozers in 2000 Reclamation Cast Estimate are reasonable
(2) Sod Replacement Thickness is 4 inches; Swell Factor a 1,215 from 2000 Cost Estimate (See Map for Locations of Soil Replacement")
(3) Liming at 20 Tons/Acre will be required to neutralize acidity in the waste rock
(4) Ripping will be required to incorporate the time before topsoil replacement
(5) Revegetation will follow soil replacement and is covered elsewhere
Tasks:
(1) Grade east side of E-Dump;
(2) Spread and Incorporate Ag Lime;
(3) Replace Topsoil on E-Dump and F-Dump
