After the original May 7, 2010 submittal, Climax <br />identified a need to modify the amendment application. On August 10, 2010, Climax submitted the <br />application modifications to the MLRB. <br />As required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, as amended, Climax is required to notify <br />owners of record of land within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected lands and other designated <br />owners of this amendment. <br />Attached is a copy of the public notice recently published in local newspapers. Copies of the <br />amended amendment application are available in the offices of the Lake, Summit, and Eagle County <br />Clerk and Recorder.
