<br />(2) Dam of Riverside Reservoir: The dam is located in Sections 5, 7, and
<br />8, Township 4 North, Range 61 West, 6t' P.M., Weld County,
<br />Colorado. Water diverted by the Riverside Canal pursuant to the
<br />Headley Recharge Project decree may be stored in Riverside Reservoir
<br />for subsequent delivery for direct use by shareholders of Riverside or
<br />for temporary storage in Wildcat Reservoir or to the Headley Recharge
<br />Ponds.
<br />(3) Dam of proposed Wildcat Reservoir: The dam is located at a point
<br />from whence the Northeast corner of Section 31, Township 5 North,
<br />Range 57 West, 6a' P.M., Morgan County, Colorado, bears north
<br />17°00' east 1,350 feet, thence along the axis of the proposed dam north
<br />65°30' east approximately 5,700 feet (bearings assume east line of
<br />Section 31 bears north 0°00' east).
<br />(4) Headley Recharge Ponds: Except for Headley Recharge Pond No. 1,
<br />the Headley Recharge Ponds are entirely below the natural ground
<br />level and do not have dams. The legal description for the ponds
<br />identified below references the deepest point in the pond.
<br />(a) Headley Recharge Pond No. 1: Located in the NW 1/4 of Section 29,
<br />at a point located 1,123 feet South and 1,236 feet East of the
<br />Northwest corner of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 55 West,
<br />e P.M., Morgan County, Colorado.
<br />(b) Headley Recharge Pond No. 2: Located in the N1/2 SW 1/4 and the
<br />S1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 29, at a point located 2,921 feet South and
<br />2,247 feet East of the Northwest corner of Section 29, Township 5
<br />North, Range 55 West, 6t' P.M., Morgan County, Colorado.
<br />(c) Headley Recharge Pond No. 3: Located in the NE1/4 SW1/4 of
<br />Section 29, at a point located 3,483 feet South and 2,471 feet East of
<br />the Northwest corner of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 55
<br />West, 6t' P.M., Morgan County, Colorado.
<br />(d) Headley Recharge Pond No. 4: Located in the N1/2 SW 1/4 of Section
<br />20, at a point located 2,415 feet North and 843 feet East of the
<br />Southwest corner of Section 20, Township 5 North, Range 55 West,
<br />6'' P.M., Morgan County, Colorado.
<br />(e) Headley Recharge Pond No. 5: Located in the NW1/4 SE1/4 of
