March 29, 2011 C-1981-014/Southfield Mine JHB <br /> loadout has been reconstructed and a berm has been established within the disturbance area boundary. Drainage <br /> from this area is contained with Pond L2.The fence on the north east side of the loadout remains cut,but a berm <br /> and ditch have been shaped at this unauthorized access point. Runoff from this area is contained in the Northeast <br /> SAE. Energy Fuels Coal Inc. submitted a letter to the Division on March 28,2011 documenting this work. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15❑❑Vegetative Cover; <br /> The vegetation throughout the mine site,refuse area,and loadout remains dormant and has not begun to <br /> green up yet this season. The region has been unusually dry this spring. <br /> OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES -Rule 4.04,4.28: <br /> Limited work has been conducted at the loadout to restrict unauthorized access across the site. Berms <br /> have been constructed at the east end and west end of the loadout with a ditch and berm constructed at the cut <br /> fences that define the limit of the loadout boundary. Ditch and berm work is contained within the SAE drainage <br /> areas at the load out. <br /> Rail cars are stored on the east side of the loadout.
