2.05 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITIES - <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION AND RECLAMATION PLANS. <br />(B) See (A) above. <br />(C) See the Final Abandonment Appendix in Volume 6A. <br />(D) See (A) above. <br />(iii) Not Applicable. <br />(b) The coal processing waste banks located at the Bowie No. 1 Mine <br />comply with 9.10. <br />(c) There are no coal processing waste dams or embankments located <br />at the Orchard Valley Mine. <br />(i) Not Applicable. <br />(ii) Not Applicable. <br />(iii) Not Applicable. <br />(iv) Not Applicable. <br />(9) Waste rock or "gob" which is produced in the East and West Mines <br />during rock work (development through overburden or the lower <br />stratigraphy to a fault-displaced coal seam) is disposed in the waste <br />disposal area, see 2.05.3(3)(b) and the Waste Disposal Appendix in <br />Volume 6A. <br />Refuse material generated as a result of the East Mine rehabilitation <br />was disposed of in the waste disposal area or in the sealed <br />ventilation shafts located on the fan level (see Map No. 8-1).
