Compliance With Mine Plan NA -Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R -Other NA -Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This complete coal inspection was conducted on March 22-24, 2011 by Rob Zuber of the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining,and Safety(Division). The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate the on-the-ground <br /> condition with respect to Trapper Mine's mining and environmental protection activities. Graham Roberts and <br /> Seth Puls of TMI accompanied the inspection in the field. <br /> The weather was at times sunny and at times partly cloudy. The ground was covered with snow at higher <br /> elevations. <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION—Rule 4.17: <br /> Roads and other activities were not a significant source of fugitive dust during the inspection. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The records were found to be in compliance. See checklist in report. <br /> EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE—Rule 4.09: <br /> The K Ridge and Horse Gulch Fill were found to be in compliance with the permit. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05: <br /> During the inspection, Graham Roberts monitored water quality at CDPS sites where flow existed,and he took <br /> samples at sites that had not been flowing when he performed monitoring during the previous two weeks(he <br /> normally takes samples on the first Tuesday of the month).
