All roads were pre-existing and will be approximately 10 feet in width and are <br />depicted on the maps.Roads will be used by owners for ranching use if mining ceases. <br />19. As stated above, all roads were pre-existing and will remain on site after <br />reclamation for use by the owners. <br />21. Please note arrows corrected on reclamation plan map. Contour lines have been <br />updated. We will continue working to the north and east and west, taking layers <br />off until the site becomes level. <br />22. To not disturb the intermittent stream in the northwest corner of the site, no <br />mining will occur 50 feet from center line of stream on either side. <br />23. Updated soil thickness and soil horizons are included. Information labeled as <br />Exhibit I. <br />24. Waste stone will be used to fill in bench slopes. A loader and operator will be <br />used, at a cost of $80/per hour for approximately 10 hours for a total cost of <br />$800.00. <br />25. We will need approximately 15,056 cubic yards of overburden to spread 4 inches <br />over the 28 acres. <br />26.
