The Facility does have loading and unloading racks and loading and unloading spill control measures that are addressed in the following sections. 11.1 Loading/Unloading Area Drainage 112.7(h)(1)] The Facility has a loading and unloading rack for the AST fueling area. The loading and unloading racks includes secondary containment for transfer vehicles that drains into the AST secondary containment. In addition, surface drainage from the Facility drains into a detention pond located at the facility. Table 11.1 addresses loading and unloading containment systems.
