The <br />building and the fence prohibit access to oil use areas by unauthorized personnel. The main <br />entrance gate is kept closed and locked when the facility is unattended. Additionally, cabinet transformers meet the security requirements identified in the <br />National Electrical Code (NEC) Section 110.31. <br />10.2 Master Flow and Drain Valves 112.7(8)(2)] <br />Tanks and secondary containment with valves that allow the direct outward discharge of the <br />tank's contents are locked when not in use. Appendix B identifies tanks with direct outward <br />discharge valves. <br />10.3 Starter Controls 112.7(g)(3)] <br />The Facility has pumps with starter controls. Pump starter controls are only accessible by <br />authorized personnel with use of a card lock system.
