Figure 1 in Appendix A illustrates the <br />general location of the facility. The Facility drainage is generally towards the south to a <br />stormwater convenyance system that discharges to a detention pond. <br />The closest identified navigable waterway from the Facility is: <br />• Box Elder Ditch located approximately 500 feet east of the ASTs. <br />• Cache La Poudre River located approximately 1,800 feet east of the ASTs. <br />3.5 Facility Operations <br />The Facility began operations in April 2004. The facility operates as a gravel pit, asphalt <br />batch plant and fleet fueling facility for Connell. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) <br />code for the Facility is 1611 and/or1629.
