iii. Written documentation that the requirement for sampling and analysis of rinse <br />water collected from the storage tanks, after they have been cleaned, has been <br />fulfilled. <br />E. SAMPLING, REPORTING OF RESULTS, AND NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS <br />1. Sampling Program. <br />(a) Sampling of Groundwater from Injection Well. Before the aquifer-pump <br />test begins, the Permittee shall collect groundwater samples from the A2 <br />sandstone of the Upper Fox Hill Formation from the injection well and <br />analyze the samples as described in Section D.3. <br />(b) Sampling of Iniectate. Before injection begins, the permittee shall collect <br />composite samples from the storage tanks containing the groundwater <br />pumped from the A2 Sandstone of the Upper Fox Hills Formation and <br />analyze the samples as described in Section D.3. <br />The permittee shall notify the Director in advance of any modifications in injection <br />procedures that might result in the potential for the injectate to move outside the A2 sandstone. <br />After reviewing the proposed changes, the Director may add additional monitoring requirements <br />as deemed necessary for the protection of USDWs. <br />2. Samp ling Information. Records of any sample collection activity required under <br />this permit shall include: <br />(a) The date, exact place, and the time of fluid sampling; <br />(b) The name of the individual(s) who performed the fluid sampling; <br />(c) A certification by the individual(s) who performed the sampling as to the <br /> date, exact place, and the time of the sampling; <br />(d) The name and address of the laboratory that performed the <br /> analysis of the fluid; <br />(e) The exact sampling method(s) used to take the samples; <br />(f) The date the fluid sample was sent to the laboratory; <br />(g) The date(s) laboratory analyses were performed; <br />(h) The name of the individual(s) who performed the analyses:. <br />(i) The analytical techniques or methods and quality control used by <br /> laboratory personnel; and <br />(j) The results of the analyses. <br />3. Reporting of Results. The permittee shall submit to the Director the following <br />reports to the Director for review and approval: <br />(a) the analytical results from samples required under Section E.1, and <br />(b) a sununary of the aquifer-pump test results. <br />Powert?ch (USA).
