A quarterly review <br />of the survey monuments on the fill noted no significant changes in their positions, <br />suggesting that the fill continues to be stable. <br />Section 16: Under Technical Revision 64 monitoring requirements for Section 16 Fill <br />were relinquished and monitoring was discontinued during the 3rd quarter of 2006. <br />East Taylor: The East Taylor Fill was inspected quarterly for any evidence of surficial <br />slope failure on the face of the fill and under drain integrity. No significant concerns <br />were found in 2010. The fill is still under construction and will continue to be <br />monitored quarterly for stability. Starting in the 3rd Quarter of 2009, the East Taylor <br />Fill monitoring report was combined with the West Taylor Fill and will collectively <br />be called the "South Taylor Fill" monitoring report from hence forth. <br />West Taylor: The West Taylor Fill was inspected starting the 3rd Quarter of 2009 for <br />under drain integrity and any evidence of surficial slope failure on the face of the fill. <br />No significant concerns were found. The fill is still under construction and will <br />continue to be monitored quarterly for stability. Starting in the 3rd Quarter of 2009, <br />the West Taylor Fill monitoring report was combined with the East Taylor Fill and <br />is will collectively be called the "South Taylor Fill" monitoring report from hence forth. <br />South Taylor Fill: The South Taylor Fill was inspected for significant changes in <br />under drain integrity and any evidence of surficial slope failure on the face of the fill. <br />No significant concerns where found in 2010. In addition, the fill was inspected <br />quarterly to identify the development of any springs or seeps on the face of the fill. <br />No seeps or springs developed during 2010.
