The pond inslopes and the pond embankment were stable <br /> and had a moderate to good grass cover.The emergency spillway was clear of any debris.The west side dugout <br /> pond did not have any standing water in it.The combination open channel spillway was clear of debris and the <br /> riprap was in place on the spillway outslope. <br /> The straw bales and silt fence were functional along the railroad small area exemption,although the east side bales <br /> around the drop inlet to the railroad culvert will need some repair soon.Upland diversion water was flowing <br /> through the upland diversion ditch and railroad culvert. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 L[I Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)F,,,❑Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)-.
