The pond's bin wall was stable.There was a little water in the <br /> partially reclaimed temporary highway coal stockpile area,at the reclaimed run-of-mine stockpile area and at the <br /> west ridge waste pile.There was standing water in both sediment ponds at the west mine,although water levels <br /> were well below discharge levels.Primary and emergency discharge structures were in place and were operational. <br /> Ditches and culverts were operational at the various mine areas.The operator was performing maintenance work <br /> on some of the ditches.
