As noted in previous correspondence, the equipment in the storage yard will need to <br />be removed before the land where the equipment is located can be approved for Phase I <br />bond release. Please advise us of the schedule for removing the equipment <br />Oakridge Energy continues to entertain offers for the equipment. During the spring and <br />summer of 2007, we will continue to solicit offers for the equipment. It is Oakridge's goal <br />to remove the equipment as soon as feasible. <br />4. Please advise us of the schedule for repairing the gully at the north end of North Pit <br />The repair of the gully at the north end of the North Pit has been discussed with C&J <br />Gravel (who undertook the maintenance repairs in December 2006). Repair will likely <br />entail use of a tracked excavator after winter snows have melted. Currently, we are <br />scheduling repair prior to June 15, 2007 (depending on spring snowmelt). <br />5. Now that the North Pit has been backfilled and graded, it would be appropriate to re- <br />evaluate the designs for the planned lower sump and upper sump #2.
