3. As noted in previous correspondence, the equipment in the storage yard will need to
be removed before the land where the equipment is located can be approved for Phase I
bond release. Please advise us of the schedule for removing the equipment
Oakridge Energy continues to entertain offers for the equipment. During the spring and
summer of 2007, we will continue to solicit offers for the equipment. It is Oakridge's goal
to remove the equipment as soon as feasible.
4. Please advise us of the schedule for repairing the gully at the north end of North Pit
The repair of the gully at the north end of the North Pit has been discussed with C&J
Gravel (who undertook the maintenance repairs in December 2006). Repair will likely
entail use of a tracked excavator after winter snows have melted. Currently, we are
scheduling repair prior to June 15, 2007 (depending on spring snowmelt).
5. Please advise us of the schedule for adding flow dissipators (eg., rock, silt fence, or
shrubs) at the inlet areas of the three rills on North Pit
Currently, we are scheduling repair prior to June 15, 2007 (depending on spring
snowmelt).
6. Now that the North Pit has been backfilled and graded, it would be appropriate to re-
evaluate the designs for the planned lower sump and upper sump #2. Please contact us
so that we may discuss those designs.
We have had some initial conversations regarding the sumps, and would like to schedule
additional work session(s) with the Division in early February 2007.
If you have additional adequacy issues, please contact me at your convenience. Thank
you.
Sincerely,
Michael S.
