Also included below are responses to the <br />supplemental comments provided in your letter dated January 28, 2011. DRMS comments are <br />presented in italic font, followed by the CMC response. Additional information and revised <br />documents, as referenced in the responses below, are included as attachments to this letter. <br />Copies of this adequacy response letter and attachments will also be provided to the offices of the <br />County Clerk and Recorder in Eagle, Summit, and Lake Counties. <br />Exhibit C - Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />Exhibit C (a) Comment: Please state if the area identified as "private" shown in Section 22 on <br />Figure C-1 (near Kokomo) is located within 200 feet of the affected area. If so, please identify the <br />owner of this area. Also please identify the owner(s) of the Clinton Reservoir. <br />Response: The area shown in Section 22 on Figure C-1 represents what is referred to as the <br />Connor's group of claims; a collection of claims with joint ownership. While CMC does not believe <br />the boundary of these claims are within 200 feet of the affected land boundary, they are very <br />close, and the owners of the claims were notified by letter dated September 3, 2010 as part of the <br />public notice process under the provisions of Rule 1.6.2.1.e(ii). Copies of these notices were <br />provided to the Division on October 21, 2010. The owner of the Clinton Reservoir (as identified in <br />Exhibit O and in the legend on Figure AM-06-C-01) is the Clinton Ditch & Reservoir Company. <br />0
