<br />As far as photographic documentation of the sampling location, that can also be incorporated into future permit <br />work. In this instance, there is a photograph included on page 7 of the Stormwater Management Plan within the <br />appendix of the previously submitted Exhibit C documenting Tony Loudermilk collecting the sample. <br />Venture Resources understands that if this specific waste rock dump is not removed in a timely manner, that the <br />freshly exposed material may require new waste stream characterization testing. <br />Item #5: We have responded to the CO Division of Water Resources letter directly on March 2 and included you on <br />the distribution of copies. <br />Due to the simple and basic adequacy review requests for clarifications that you have asked for, I believe this <br />submittal will satisfy the Division's concerns in entirety.
