An exploratory prospect may be put in between Sites 1 and 2 on the
Ute.
Site visits, including mineral extraction, reclamation, and claim maintenance will be continued
throughout the season.
Proposed 2011 Disturbances:
Proposed operations for 2011 at Site 6 on the Two Point Claim will open the site approximately
0.3 acre. Site 13 (Site N) on Qui-Buc No. 1 will be opened for approximately 0.05 acre.
Otherwise, prospects will be limited to 0.02 acre, filled, and reseeded.
Proposed 2011 Reclamation:
All sites and prospects opened during 2011 will be closed and reclaimed, except possibly a small
portion of Site 13 (Site N) on Qui-Buc No. 1 and Site 6 on the Two Point Claim. If so, these sites
will be made safe for winter.
All sites and prospects opened and closed during 2011 will be reseeded with native grasses.
Sufficiency of Bond:
A reclamation bond of $ 2,200 was set aside in 1993 to cover annual operations and disturbances
under this mining permit. Additionally, a bond for $11,190 covering roads for this operation and
two other operations is set aside with the U.S.F.S.
Respectfully submitted,
,? zz?
JOSEPH L.
