An exploratory prospect may be put in between Sites 1 and 2 on the <br />Ute. <br />Site visits, including mineral extraction, reclamation, and claim maintenance will be continued <br />throughout the season. <br />Proposed 2011 Disturbances: <br />Proposed operations for 2011 at Site 6 on the Two Point Claim will open the site approximately <br />0.3 acre. Site 13 (Site N) on Qui-Buc No. 1 will be opened for approximately 0.05 acre. <br />Otherwise, prospects will be limited to 0.02 acre, filled, and reseeded. <br />Proposed 2011 Reclamation: <br />All sites and prospects opened during 2011 will be closed and reclaimed, except possibly a small <br />portion of Site 13 (Site N) on Qui-Buc No. 1 and Site 6 on the Two Point Claim. If so, these sites <br />will be made safe for winter. <br />All sites and prospects opened and closed during 2011 will be reseeded with native grasses. <br />Sufficiency of Bond: <br />A reclamation bond of $ 2,200 was set aside in 1993 to cover annual operations and disturbances <br />under this mining permit.
