<br />APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE
<br />The Board of Adjustments for the
<br />Town of Silverton will conduct a
<br />Public Hearing on Monday,
<br />February 28th at 5:30 pm in the
<br />Town Hall meeting room, second
<br />floor, 1360 Greene St, Silverton,
<br />CO 81433.
<br />The hearing pertains to the week-
<br />ly rental regulation in section 7-2-
<br />4 of the Code of the Town of
<br />Silverton that requires
<br />weekly/vacation rentals to provide
<br />at least two off-street parking
<br />spaces. If granted, the variance
<br />would allow the property to have
<br />two on-street parking stalls.
<br />The residence (subject property)
<br />is located at 1351 Reese Street.
<br />The application is available for
<br />public inspection at the Silverton
<br />Planning Department located at
<br />the second floor of Silverton Town
<br />Hall, 1360 Greene Street during
<br />the Town's normal business
<br />hours. Interested persons may
<br />review the application at the office
<br />of the Planning Director located in
<br />the Silverton Town Hall at 1360

<br />The proposed mine is known as
<br />the Upper Animas Sand & Gravel,
<br />and is located at or near Section

<br />ment is April 26, 2011, and the
<br />proposed date of completion is
<br />December 1, 2055. The proposed
<br />future use of the land is
