<br />a Wild West theme this year
<br />Attention Chocolate Lovers!
<br />If you've ever dreamed of a
<br />room full of chocolate, and the
<br />freedom to eat as much of it as
<br />you wanted, your wish has
<br />come true!
<br />On Friday, Feb. 18, the 25th
<br />Annual Chocolate Fantasia will
<br />be held at a new location - the
<br />La Plata County Fairgrounds -
<br />from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
<br />This year's theme is "Wild,
<br />Wild West Chocolate."
<br />More than 200 chocolate del-
<br />icacies will be created by local
<br />restaurants and amateur chefs
<br />competing to create the best
<br />dessert !n town, and the great-
<br />est part is you get to be a judge!
<br />In keeping with the theme,
<br />"Wild, Wild West Chocolate,"
<br />the exhibit hall will be trans-
<br />formed into a scene from the
<br />old west.
<br />There will be a Kiddies Corral
<br />with children's activities includ-
<br />ing face painting. Thru the
<br />Lens will be taking photos for
<br />$10 in front of a scenic Old
<br />West back drop.
<br />Bring a group, dress in your
<br />western digs, and take home an
<br />instant digital file!
<br />Proceeds benefit the
<br />Volunteers of America
<br />Southwest Safeh Ouse and
<br />Durango Community Shelter.
