A number of plants are stockpiled at the northwestern corner of the pond, perhaps with <br />the intention that they will be burned this spring? <br />• Inlet and outlet ends of all culverts were inspected and found to be clear and unobstructed. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />• Roads throughout the permit area were dry, and easily passable by vehicle. <br />• The portion of road which parallels the western side of Mining Area No. 1 had been <br />regraded, restoring the width, eliminating the wheel ruts that had formed, and reestablishing <br />water bars at a couple of locations.
