<br />Ray, <br />I think the bulk of our concerns have been addressed. I really would like to see our original request for a timing <br />restriction of activities in the Carbonate Hill area acknowledged. I see in the response that the area isn't slated for <br />development, but you have a concern for being able to maintain the Clinton Ditch. We have no intention of limiting <br />your ability to do that. We would just ask that activities be limited in the that area during the sensitive time frame <br />outlined (April 15-June 30). We're asking that work on the ditch be done outside that window.
