Refraining from
any activities in the area from April 15-June 30 addresses those concerns.
We look forward to working with Climax in the future.
Lyle
From: Lazuk, Raymond fmailto:Raymond Lazuk@FMI.coml
Sent: Friday, February 25, 2011 1:43 PM
To: Sidener, Lyle
Cc: Shepherd, Sean; Romig, Bryce; Scott, Eric
Subject: RE: Climax Mine Adequacy Response
Lyle,
Climax will commit to honoring your request for working outside of the sensitive time frame of April 15 -June 30 in the
Clinton Ditch corridor of the Carbonate Hill area. I also appreciate your understanding if we ever need to conduct
emergency maintenance of the ditch during that same time frame. We will notify you if that situation were to arise.
Thank you for considering our response. I look forward to working with you and CDOW in the future.
Regards,
- Ray
Raymond Lazuk
Environmental Manager
Climax Molybdenum Company, Climax Mine
HWY 91 - Freemont Pass
Climax, CO 80429
Office: 719-486-7584
Cell: 719-201-1282
raymond lazuk@fmi.com
From: Sidener, Lyle [mailto:Lyle.
