In the January 28 response to the adequacy review we indicated that we were
planning to move the pit footprint of the pit approximately 175' west of the pit as shown
in the original application. Based on additional conversations, Don Riemenschnieder,
Washington County Road and Bridge District #3 Foreman, would prefer to keep the pit
footprint in the same place as shown in the original application. We now do not plan to
move it 175' west as indicated in the adequacy review response. Based upon that change,
I am revising some of the responses to your adequacy letter of January 14. This new
1-fes?takes into account leaving the footprint as we showed it in the original
application.
1.6.2 General Applicant Procedures
1. As required by Rule 1.6.2(1) (g), prior to Office consideration of the application,
submit proof of publication and proof of all required notices.
The Proof of Publication was provided in my letter of response dated January 28, 2011.
2. As required by Rule 1.6.2(1) (b), please provide a signed affidavit that notice of
the proposed mining activity was posted at the location of the proposed access to the
site.
The signed affidavit that notice of the proposed activity was posted at the site was
provided in my letter dated January 28, 2011.
6.3.1 Exhibit A - Legal Description and Location Map
A
