The <br />weather should never be a factor on this material. <br />The materials will be milled in the near future once we get our general mining & milling <br />permit. <br />There are areas where materials could be stored if needed but the pit is also for our 20-year <br />plan. <br />We feel the following four items do not apply or have been-a--&&e ssed previously. The seeding plan <br />provided to us by Natural Resource Conservation Service is in your files and has been address several <br />times. There will be no disturbed areas in the permit area.
