Empress Gold Mining & Milling Inc.
a) Yes drilling and it will require a few thousand gallons. (Copy of water rights included)
5. One pit is for drill cuttings and the other to'store water.
6. The sizes of pits are as shown on map. Pit size 2', deep 4' wide, 10' long.
7. At some future date not planned yet.
8. At our mill onsite once permitted
9. Not yet.
Operations and Reclamation Measures
10. It is standard procedure that drillers do not pull off of a hole until everything is completed.
They don't want fo come back-to a `fioee: - They use -a bentonite chip geaV-with concretecap:
11. The word complete means everything required is done prior to moving to next hole
12. The photos were taken from north end of permit area. The camera was pointed at the area
being photographed.
13. We will store old timbers in the shaft house.
14. There are no roads in the permit area and thus wont have any disturbance.
a) The pit as previously stated will have a water proof cover repealing any moisture. The
weather should never be a factor on this material.
The materials will be milled in the near future once we get our general mining & milling
permit.
There are areas where materials could be stored if needed but the pit is also for our 20-year
plan.
We feel the following four items do not apply or have been-a--&&e ssed previously. The seeding plan
provided to us by Natural Resource Conservation Service is in your files and has been address several
times. There will be no disturbed areas in the permit area. All materials and timbers will be moved on
mine cars on existing tracks, no trucks.
We will abide by the Mining & Safety Regulations, which should answer any and all questions.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Robert Fabrizio
President / CEO
