We feel that the
question in this latest review have all been addressed but will do so again.
Project Descriptions
1. The square feet as shown by you is correct, but we stated 1/4 acre because the Warranty bases
everything in acreage and the 7843 s.f would fall within a quarter acre. The dimensions on the
map provided you are correct as shown.
2. We do not believe at this point we can 100% guarantee that there is not some moisture beyond
- - the caved area.-Cur engineers -advise-us-that-it--. -virtually impossible._withAhe -amount of
blasting and stoping below this area, that the area is so fractured it couldn't retain much. There
is also a shaft not far away that wouldn't allow any water to build up. This shouldn't be an
issue.
3. a) The dump presently exists and will only require a minimal amount of cleanout to construct
concrete. The walls and slab will be 8" thick with rebar as per codes. The slab will be
constructed on a 10% slope north to south.
b) A tarp system will be placed over pit to deflect moisture.
4. We have sent a letter to Division of Water Resources (DWR) requesting they provide you with
said information. (Copy of letter and water rights are attached)
