AM-05 Second Incompleteness Notice 2 24 February 2011 <br />120'' Estates Partners File No. M-2001-085 <br />with the other requirements of Exhibit S and Exhibit C pertaining to permanent <br />man-made structures. <br />Examples of correctly prepared maps from another project in the vicinity are enclosed for reference <br />with the copy of this letter being provided to Mr. Ewegen. Please refer to these as examples of the <br />standards that the Division expects from applicants in maps submitted as part of formal permit and <br />amendment application packages. <br />Applicant has 60 days from the date of this letter (25 April 2011) to provide the missing <br />information per Rule 1.4.1(8) or the application may be denied. After all of the aforementioned <br />requirements have been met, the Division will designate the application as complete and filed, and <br />technical review will commence. <br />Additional Considerations: Be advised that, after the application has been designated as complete <br />and filed, applicant must comply with the public notice requirements described in Rules 1.6.2(1)(d) <br />through Rule 1.6.2(1)(g), and Rule 1.6.5.
