2010 Climax Mine Reclamation Report <br />Overview <br />The following document outlines all reclamation activities conducted at the Climax Mine in <br />2010. Reclamation activities were conducted by Habitat Management, Inc., Slater Seeding, and <br />Climax personnel. A total of 123.2 acres of new reclamation were completed in 2010 along with <br />38.4 acres of reclamation maintenance (Table 1). A summary of reclamation materials is <br />included in Table 1. Raw biosolids and <br />woodchips are delivered to the site where they are composted together to produce Class A <br />biosolids for reclamation purposes. <br />In 2010, approximately 34,530 cubic yards of Class A composted biosolids were placed for <br />reclamation. This included approximately 5,500 cubic yards that had been stockpiled in the <br />northwest corner of Robinson Tailings Pond during 2009.
