There were no stability problems at the B-seam portal bench <br />excess material storage area. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS - Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were up at the mine's main entrance, pump house, unit train loadout, overhead <br />conveyor material storage area, Hubbard Creek fan site and along Bowie road and Hubbard Creek road. Surface <br />disturbance markers were up around the disturbed areas. The stream buffer zone signs were up at the Hubbard <br />Creek fan site. <br />TOPSOIL - Rule 4.061 'Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The main topsoil stockpile at the main mine site was snow covered but did not exhibit any slope stability <br />problems. Topsoil signs were up on the stockpile. The same was true for the topsoil stockpile on the utility bench. <br />The two topsoil stockpiles along the gob pile haul road were clear of snow. There was a moderate to good <br />vegetative cover on those stockpiles. Topsoil signs were up and straw bales were in place. The topsoil stockpile at <br />gob pile no. 3 was mostly snow covered.
