6.3.5 Exhibit E -map
15. Please include the following information on the Mining Plan Map as required
by Rule 6.3.5(2) (b):
i. Label the names of owners of record of the surface of the affected area and
of the land within two hundred (200) feet of the affected area.
The owners of record and all adjacent owners have been affixed to the Mining
Plan Map. The revised map is attached
ii. Identify the owner of the substance to be mined.
The owner of the substance to be mined has also been affixed to the Mining Plan
Map.
iii. Identify the type of structure and owners of record of any permanent or
man-made structures within two hundred (200) feet of the affected area.
There are no permanent or man-made structures within two hundred feet of the
affected area. This has been noted on the Mining Plan Map.
16. The Reclamation Plan states the access driveway will remain as part of final
reclamation. Please revise the Reclamation Plan Map to show the location and
approximate dimension of the access driveway.
The location and approximate dimension of the access driveway is now noted on the
Reclamation Plan Map. A revised copy is attached.
Additional Information
Two changes from the original application are herein presented:
1) Washington County, after additional consideration, plans to slide the pit site
westward about 175 feet to avoid the pre-existing disturbance. I feel this is a minor
change in the application. It will not affect any new adjacent landowners. In fact, the
adjacent landowner to the east should have any previous impact minimized because of
the move. All the land use in that area, for many miles, is primarily rangeland.
5
