The request is <br />incomplete, and in accordance with § 34-32-103(6)(a)(II) C.R.S. the Notice of Temporary <br />Cessation must include the following information: <br />1) The reasons for nonproduction. <br />2) A plan for the :resumption of production. <br />3) Measures taken to comply with reclamation to maintain the operation in a nonproducing state. <br />Please be advised that failure to provide the information needed to process the Notice of <br />Temporary Cessation within 30 days from the date of this letter may lead to enforcement <br />actions.
