EXHIBIT G - WATER INFORMATION <br />Jack Clark Jr <br />Upper Animas Sand & Gravel - January 2011 <br />The Animas River runs just to the west of Pit 1. Maggie Creek runs just <br />north of Pit 1 and Pit 2. These two water sources will be unaffected by this <br />mining operation., A Well Permit has been issued by the Colorado State Engineer <br />Permit #63417-F. This permit is enclosed as a part of Exhibit M. The water from <br />this permit will be used in the processing of gravel from all 4 pits. <br />Ground water has been exposed in Pit 1. No ground water is expected to <br />be encountered in Pits 2, 3, and 4. Deep holes have been dug using an excavator, <br />and while the rock at depth is damp no active ground water has been <br />encountered. <br />
