Telephone Line (Qwest Corporation) <br />Attached please find notarized letters on utility letterhead from all three of these utility companies. <br />Colorado Historical Society <br />Please inform the DRMS of how the Applicant will respond to the jurisdictional issues presented by <br />the Colorado Historical Society. <br />Attached please find a copy of the letter sent to the Colorado Historical Society in response to their <br />comments regarding the Cerise Mine. <br />Office of the State Engineer, Division of Water Resources <br />Please inform the DRMS of how the Applicant will respond to the jurisdictional issues presented by <br />the Office of the State Engineer, Division of Water Resources. <br />Attached please find a copy of the letter sent to the Office of the State Engineer, Division of Water <br />Resources in response to their comments regarding the Cerise Mine. <br />Since our initial submittal of the Cerise Mine 112 Reclamation Permit application to the DRMS, Lafarge <br />has determined that they will drill wells and lease water from the Basalt Water Conservancy District to <br />meet their consumptive use requirements. Therefore, attached are updated copies of Exhibit G and <br />Attachment G-1 to reference this information and we have provided a copy of the contract that Lafarge <br />has with the Basalt Water Conservancy District as Attachment G-4. <br />Thank you for your consideration.
