There were indications of coal fines coming off of the overhead conveyor that leads <br />from the B-seam portal bench up to the D-seam portal bench and off of the lower coal stockpile area. Highwalls were stable. The loadout and <br />railroad spur line bench was also stable. ; <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 C? The pond embankment appeared to be stable and the float was on the primary discharge hose. There was <br />snow in pond D but it was not clear if there was any ice-covered water in the pond. There was ice and snow <br />covered water in pond C and in pond F, although they did not appear to be at discharge level.
