cause subsidence, as subsidence doesn't always result in surface impacts. I do not believe that MCC's subsidence evaluation in Exhibit <br />60E indicated that there were projected "areas proposed or likely to be affected by surface activities or planned or probable <br />subsidence" (per Rule 2.04.4 (1). As such, I don't believe that an agency (SHPO) review is warranted for this application. I asked if the mine operator could provide those to her directly and she said yes. <br />So, please contact her and provide the requested information.
