I do not recall that this was ever done in the many (ancient) years ago that I'd <br />permitted new lease tracts at Oxbow or at MCC, but perhaps I just wasn't aware that the SHPO letter was requested and received for <br />the DRMS files. Again, per Rule 2.04.4, the key as I read it is that per our evaluation, subsidence impacts aren't proposed or likely to <br />affect cultural resources even if there were any.
