Box 71 McClave, Colorado 81057 <br />C. Friederichs Pit <br />Exhibit B - Site Description <br />Irrigation Ditches on west side, fence on east side, both not within 200 ft. See Map. <br />Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />A. Commence January 1, 2011. End January 1, 2014. <br />B. Soil Salvage 8 inches to 1 foot. Soil will be stockpiled within perimeter of mine <br />area and stabilized with native grass. <br />C. There will be no waste rock or overburden. <br />D. Approximately 10 foot thick. <br />E. One road in and out, approximately 200 ft. long, a mobile office building, a portable <br />restroom and a portable crusher, screener and conveyor. <br />F. 9.9 acres <br />G. Existing road will be used which is 200 ft. long and 20 ft. wide. <br />H. Water will be hauled in from Lamar Water Dept., in a water tank truck. It will be <br />used on the crusher and screener, approximately 500 gallons per day, for dust <br />control. <br />1. There is no ground water. Storm water will be filtered through rock and released to <br />pasture land. <br />J. No existing water rights will be disturbed. <br />K. N/A <br />L. Ditches, fences and any surrounding grounds, other than mine area, will not be <br />disturbed. <br />M. Deposits will be processed on site using a crusher and screener. No chemicals will <br />be used. <br />N. The primary commodity will be road base and the secondary will be rock gravel, to <br />be used primarily in road and general construction. <br />0. Fill dirt for use in general construction and reclamation, if needed. <br />Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />A. At the end of mining schedule, the mined area will be cleaned up and leveled off <br />using heavy equipment. The ground will be prepared for seeding with <br />approximately 8" to 12" of topsoil and manure fertilizer. <br />B. Mining will end within 25' to 30' of perimeter. That material will be used to obtain <br />our 4:1 slope banks. <br />C.
