15. The second paragraph on page 2.05-87 references The Upper and Lower Coal Stockpile Sumps (UCSS and LCSS) and list the combined capacity of 1.446 ac-ft above their respective principal spillway inverts, and receive runoff from 101.8 acres, or 3.24% of the Little Grassy Creek watershed. Based on the information proposed in the TR-01 application, the information on approved page 2.05-87 is incorrect. Please update Upper and Lower Coal Stockpile Sump information in Section 2.05.6(3) Protection of Hydrologic Balance to reflect proposed information presented in the TR-01 application. 16. The first paragraph on Page 2.05-39 discusses the two new ponds designated as LCSS and UCSS in the approved permit application constructed north of the coal handling structures. This information is proposed to change through TR-01. Please revise of replace the appropriate text to include information of the Upper and Lower Sumps. 17. The proposed Map 2.05.3-E2D Upper Sump submitted with the TR-01 application is different than the already approved Map 2.05.3-E2D PECOCO POND SPILLWAY RE-DESIGN. The Summary of Revisions/Additions Insertion Instructions presented with the TR-01 application states that the currently approved Map 2.05.3-E2D PECOCO POND SPILLWAY RE-DESIGN is to be replaced with the proposed Map 2.05.3-E2D Upper Sump. However, the PECOCO POND SPILLWAY RE-DESIGN is required by Rule 2.05.6(3). Please re-number the appropriate maps to ensure that the correct maps are proposed to be inserted into the permit application. 18. The Summary of Revisions/Additions Insertion Instructions presented with the TR-01 application requests the removal of Addendum D-3 from Appendix 2.05.3-E2.D. The information presented in Addendum D-3 is required by Rule 4.05.9(2). Please provide justification to remove this section from the approved permit application. 19. The proposed Appendix 2.05-E2.E provided with the TR-01 submittal, references Appendix 2.05.3-E2.A.1 and 2 as the location for the SEDCAD modeling and demonstrations for the revised sump designs with the Emergency Spillway designs provide with the TR-01 application. This information does not provide adequate information as to the Upper and Lower sump designs required under Rules 4.05.6 and 4.05.9. The currently approved Appendix 2.05.3-E2.E references approved Addendums 2.05.3-E2.E-1 and 2.05.3-E2.E-2 as the modeling demonstrations for the 10-year and 25-year, 24-hour design storm events. Please provide updated 10-year, 24-hour and 25-year, 24-hour SEDCAD demonstrations for revised the Revised Upper Sump and the Revised Lower Sump proposed in the TR-01 application in accordance with Rules 4.05.6(3), 4.05.6(4), 4.05.6(5), 4.05.6(6), 4.05.9(1), 4.05.9(2)(b), and 4.05.9(2)(c)(ii).
