Treat intends to extend the current gravel mine known as the Rock Gulch <br />Gravel pit in the vicinity of County Road 107 in Chaffee County, Colorado generally <br />described as a tract of land in the S '/z of the NW 1/4 of Section 8 in Township 49 <br />North, Range 9 East of the New Mexico Principal Meridian. <br />Description of property within 200 feet of the proposed affected area of the mine: <br />fences, functional mobile home, sheds, non-functional mobile homes and well. <br />As property owner and structure within 200 feet owner, James L. Treat does not <br />request compensation in case of damage to any structure.
