6) Rule 2.05.2(1). Page 2.05-3 references Map 23A, however, this numbered map is not in the
current PAP. Please submit Map 23A or edit the text to reference the correct map number
associated with, the text.
Response: A series of Mine Plan Maps have been developed over time to meet specific information
and regulatory requirements. The Mine Plan map series includes;
Map 23 - Mine Plan Map (the previously designated Map 23A has been combined with Map 23)
Map 23B - Mine Plan Map, Structures and Renewable Resources
Map 23C - Mine Plan Map, Surface Disturbance and Monitoring
Copies of the latest versions of each of these maps accompany these responses, for insertion in the
PAP.
7) Rule 2.05.3(2)(b). Page 2.05-11.1 lists mine openings. This list appears to be incomplete, with the
absence of the 19-Right Dewatering Borehole and only one rock-dust tank listed. Please validate
or update the list to include all mine openings currently permitted.
Response: The text discussion of mine openings has been reviewed and updated to reflect currently
permitted mine openings. Please note that there are rock-dust boreholes at the Northwest Mains, 6-
Right, and 18-Left facility locations that are included in the count of utility boreholes. Copies of the
revised pages accompany these responses for insertion in the PAP.
8) Rule 2.05.3(2)('b). The areal extent information on page 2.05-13.1 needs to be updated. The
Division permit system currently carries a permit area of 19,940 acres and an affected area of
19,471.85. Please clarify the correct number of acres the mine permit encompasses, or address
discrepancies with the Division's acreages amounts.
Response: Please refer to the previous response to Comment 5. The referenced page has been
reviewed and updated to reflect the corrected acreage figures. Copies of the revised pages accompany
these responses for insertion in the PAP.
9) Edit. Page 2.05-47 lists, in bold, "5. Light-Use Roads to Powerline Substation and Subsidence
Monitoring Sites". The information under this heading is actually found on page 2.05-74.2.
Please delete this heading from page 2.05-47 and insert where appropriate on page 2.05-74.2.
Response: Apparently when the pages were printed and submitted for TR09-66, the referenced header
from page 2.05-74.2 ended-up on page 2.05-47. Copies of the correct original pages from TR09-66
accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP.
10) Edit. There are currently two pages numbered 2.05-47.1. Please update second page to 2.05-
47.2.
Response: Pages 2.05-46, 2.05-46.1, and 2.05-47 were revised in conjunction with TR09-66. Page
2.05-47.1 was eliminated by these revisions. Original copies of the revised pages accompany these
responses for replacement in the PAP.
11) Edit. Pages 2.05-50.8 and 2.05-50.9 should be relabeled 2.05-50.7 and 2.05-50.8.
Response: The noted revisions have been incorporated. Copies of the revised pages accompany these
responses for insertion in the PAP.
