8 4 FUTURE ACTIONS <br />r� <br />The recommended actions are; <br />- Develop a more comprehensive overall Collom project development schedule <br />- Confirm the potential for higher priced sales contracts to improve the project's <br />economic viability <br />- Investigate the cause of scatter and variability in the coal analysis data and follow up <br />with a statistical evaluation <br />- Align the procedures for data collection, sampling, modelling and tonnage estimation <br />with the Rio Tinto Energy Mine Planning Guidelines <br />- Improve definition of the coal burn limits using magnetic survey <br />- Review the definitions for Collom Resources and Reserves <br />- Undertake an economic margin ranking study on the Collom resource <br />- Develop and document the basis for mining recovery assumptions and include a <br />specific allowance for dilution <br />- Develop more detailed waste stockpile and water management designs utilising <br />geotechnical and civil engineering expertise <br />- Review and update Closure plans and cost estimates to ensure all aspects have been <br />considered and adequate provisions included <br />- Apply the Rio Tinto Project Evaluation Guidelines to the Collom study process, with <br />specific attention to the <br />- Project Risk Register, <br />- Consolidated Pre - Feasibility Study report, and <br />- Feasibility Study Scope of Work. <br />RIO <br />TINTO <br />TS Ref: DRAFT Version: 1 <br />15 <br />Technical Serciccs <br />
