There were no coal haul trucks unloading and no rail cars were being loaded during the <br />inspection. The water level was about four feet below <br />the primary discharge pipe. The pond inslopes and the pond embankment were stable. The primary discharge pipe <br />gated valve was in the closed position. There was no blockage in the emergency spillway. <br />The west side dugout pond was dry. The open channel combination spillway was clear of debris.
