The same was true <br />for the reclaimed west mine silo area reclamation. In the reclaimed east mine area, the backfilled and graded yard <br />area and the east mine portal area also were stable. The pond embankment was well grassed <br />and appeared to be stable. The open channel combination spillway was clear of debris. <br />The easternmost road culvert at the reclaimed east mine was clear and the riprapped channel below the culvert was <br />in place. The other road culvert just to the west but still at the east mine was mostly blocked by debris from an <br />adjacent slide. The downgradient riprapped channel was in place. <br />The riverside berm was in place. The cap was on the groundwater well at the reclaimed west mine silo area. <br />ROADS - Rule 4.03 ? ?
