AGGREGATE <br />INDUSTRIES <br />Mr. Rob Helmick, Planning and Building Services Division, Larimer County <br />December 21, 2010 <br />Page Two <br />load-out and stockpile area, replacement of topsoil and revegetation of disturbed areas. <br />Prior to approving any extension of the Stegner County SR permit which may result in <br />additional disturbances and reclamation obligations, Al respectfully requests that Larimer <br />County require Trollco to complete and submit to DRMS the Succession of Operator, <br />under which Trollco will assume responsibility for all operations and activities allowed <br />and required under the DRMS permit, including submittal of performance and financial <br />warranties for reclamation.
