Operator has performed a wetlands study to determine if there are <br />• any wetlands that require mitigation. If any wetlands exist, a <br />wetlands mitigation plan will be provided for approval. <br />(d) Remove temporary or large siltation structures from <br />drainage ways after disturbed area are revegetated and <br />stabilized, if required by the Reclamation Plan: <br />No temporary or large siltation structures are anticipated within <br />associated drainageways. <br />(2) Earthen dams, if necessary to impound water, may be <br />constructed if the formation of such impoundments will not damage <br />adjoining property or conflict with water pollution laws, rules or <br />regulations of the federal government, the State of Colorado or with <br />any local government pollution ordinances: <br />No earthen dams are proposed for the expansion area as part of the mining <br />or reclamation plan. <br />(3) All surface areas of the affected land, including spoil piles shall <br />be stabilized and protected so as to effectively control erosion: <br />All surface areas of the affected land, including spoil piles, will be <br />stabilized and protected so as to effectively control erosion.
